§ 191. Payment of debts before maturity. Every person to whom a\ndebtor, except one proceeding under the fifth article, shall be indebted\non a valuable consideration, for any sum of money not due at the time of\nsuch distribution, but payable afterwards, shall receive his proportion\nwith other creditors, after deducting a rebate of legal interest upon\nthe sum distributed, for the time unexpired of such credit.\n
