§ 176. Contributions.
1.The full cost of premium or subscription\ncharges for the long term care insurance plan established pursuant to\nthis article shall be paid by the employee.\n 2. The chief fiscal officer of a participating employer shall be\nauthorized to deduct from the wages or salary paid to its employees who\nare participants in such long term care insurance plan the sums required\nto be paid by them under such plan.\n 3. The president shall have power and authority to make such\ninspection of the employment and payroll records of any participating\nemployer concerning any of its employees who are participants in such\nlong term care insurance plan, as he or she may deem necessary.\n
