§ 175. Termination of active employment. The president shall adopt\nregulations prescribing the terms and conditions under which an employee\nmay continue coverage under the long term care insurance plan following\ntermination of active employment; provided, however, that such\nregulations are consistent with any regulations established by the New\nYork state department of financial services concerning an individual's\ncontinuation of coverage or conversion rights with respect to long term\ncare insurance.\n
