  § 280-aa. Claims. The expense for all claims made against the county\nor the district, its agents, servants or employees arising out of the\nestablishment, operation, maintenance or control of the district or any\nimprovement created by the district, shall be included in the annual\nexpense of operation and maintenance of the district or the expense of\nthe establishment of the district and the improvements created therein,\naccording to the nature of the claim.\n
