§ 16-A — Food products containing nitrous oxide; packaging

§ 16-a. Food products containing nitrous oxide; packaging. The\ncommissioner shall promulgate rules and regulations to require that all\nfood products containing nitrous oxide be offered for sale in tamper\nevident packaging. For the purposes of this section, the term "tamper\nevident packaging" shall mean packaging having an indicator or barrier\nto entry which, if breached or missing, can reasonably be expected to\nprovide visible evidence to consumers that tampering has occurred.\n
