§ 160-h. Grapes; definitions. The term "package," wherever used in\nthis article, shall mean a basket, box or other container the contents\nof which can be adequately inspected. The terms "shipment," or "ship for\nsale," wherever used in this article, shall mean movement to market in a\nrailroad car, motor truck or other medium of transportation, but shall\nnot be construed to include the process of delivery to a local\nwarehouse, shipping station or processor.\n
