§ 151-g. Confidentiality. AEM plans and on-farm surveys and\nassessments filed with the department or filed with or prepared by\ncounty soil and water conservation districts shall be considered\nconfidential and not subject to public disclosure, except such documents\nshall not be considered confidential as deemed necessary by the\ncommissioner or the district to implement the purposes of this article.\n
