§ 151-d. Local regulation. Nothing in this article shall preclude a\nlocal government from exercising any of its powers to enact, administer\nor enforce local laws or ordinances, provided that no local government\nshall exercise such powers in a manner which is inconsistent with this\narticle or which unreasonably restricts planning, practices, structures,\nprojects or other measures conducted or implemented in relation to the\nparticipation of a farm owner or operator in the AEM program as set\nforth in this article.\n
