§ 9:23-9 — Governor designated executive head

New Jersey·Title 9 CHILDREN--JUVENILE AND DOMESTIC RELATIONS COURTS

As used in Article VII of the compact, the term "executive head" means the Governor. The Governor is authorized to appoint a compact administrator in accordance with the terms of Article VII. L.1989, c.284, s.5.
