Text

The Governor is authorized and directed to execute, with any other state or states legally joining in the same, an amendment to the Interstate Compact on Juveniles, which shall provide the remedies set forth in section 2 of this act in addition to those provided by P.L.1955, c. 55 or any other law, and shall be binding among and between those party states which execute the same. L.1975, c. 13, s. 1, eff. Feb. 13, 1975.
