§ 9:23-12 — Court to notify Compact Administrator of child brought into State
New Jersey·Title 9 CHILDREN--JUVENILE AND DOMESTIC RELATIONS COURTS
Whenever a court, in the course of an adoption hearing, determines that the child sought to be adopted has been sent or brought into the State the court shall give notice of that finding to the Compact Administrator. L.1989, c.284, s.8.
