12.The Commissioner of Children and Families shall have the power to adopt regulations for the enforcement of this act pursuant to the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L.1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.). L.1989, c.284, s.12; amended 2006, c.47, s.77.
