No person or corporation, other than the owner or proprietor, of a name, mark or other device mentioned in section 56:3-15 of this title, shall fill or cause to be filled with any of the articles or products mentioned in said section 56:3-15, or shall sell, buy, give, take, possess, use, dispose of or traffic in, any bottle, container or receptacle enumerated in said section 56:3-15 which is so marked or distinguished with or by any name, mark or device, a description of which has been filed as provided by section 56:3-16 of this title; nor shall any person or corporation deface, obliterate, destroy, cover up, or otherwise remove or conceal any such name, mark or device on any such bottle, container or receptacle, without the written consent of the owner or proprietor thereof, unless the s
