Text
Sections 56:3-1 to 56:3-13 of the Revised Statutes are repealed, except that as to any suit, proceeding or appeal, and for that purpose only, pending at the time this act takes effect such repeal shall be deemed not to be effective until final determination of said pending suit, proceeding or appeal. L.1966, c. 263, s. 15.
