§ 52:9B-7 — Standing committees; functions
New Jersey·Title 52 STATE GOVERNMENT, DEPARTMENTS AND OFFICERS
The Standing Committee of the Senate and the Standing Committee of the General Assembly shall function during regular sessions of the Legislature, and also during the interim periods between such sessions and their members shall serve until their successors are designated. Amended by L.1964, c. 51, s. 2.
