Text
There is hereby established a standing committee on intergovernmental relations, of the Senate, to consist of five Senators. The members and chairman of this committee shall be designated in the same manner as are the members and chairmen of other standing committees of the Senate. The president of the Senate may serve as one of the five members of this committee. Amended by L.1970, c. 10, s. 2, eff. Feb. 11, 1970.
