Text
There is hereby established a similar standing committee on intergovernmental relations, of the General Assembly, also to consist of five members, and the members and chairman of this committee shall be designated in the same manner as are the members and chairman of other standing committees of the General Assembly. The Speaker of the General Assembly may serve as one of the five members of the committee. Amended by L.1970, c. 10, s. 3, eff. Feb. 11, 1970.
