Text
The New Jersey Intergovernmental Relations Commission shall be composed of 15 members, namely: The five members of the committee on intergovernmental relations of the Senate. The five members of the committee on intergovernmental relations of the General Assembly, and Five officials of the State named by the Governor, who shall hold office during the pleasure of the Governor. The Governor shall be an honorary member of the commission. Amended by L.1970, c. 10, s. 4, eff. Feb. 11, 1970.
