§ 52:30-9 — Determination of value; orders; judgment
New Jersey·Title 52 STATE GOVERNMENT, DEPARTMENTS AND OFFICERS
The court shall without a jury try and adjudge the value of each said right, way, easement or servitude and make such orders and render judgment with respect thereto and the payment of any amount found to be payable to any party as shall be just and proper. Amended by L.1953, c. 49, p. 889, s. 60.
