§ 52:30-7 — Parties defendant
New Jersey·Title 52 STATE GOVERNMENT, DEPARTMENTS AND OFFICERS
The action shall be brought against all persons having or claiming to have any such right, way, easement or servitude or any interest therein. Amended by L.1953, c. 49, p. 889, s. 58.
