1. a. The State cedes to the United States concurrent criminal jurisdiction over lands and waters within the boundaries of units of the National Park System administered by the United States Department of the Interior, National Park Service, that are within the State, including those owned, leased, or administratively controlled, and those hereafter acquired, leased, or administratively controlled, by the National Park Service. b. The existing National Park Service units affected by this cession are as follows:
