§ 52:27BB-99 — Severability clause
New Jersey·Title 52 STATE GOVERNMENT, DEPARTMENTS AND OFFICERS
The provisions of this act shall be construed as severable and if any part is held unconstitutional, or for any other reason invalid, the remaining parts shall not be affected thereby. L.1947, c. 151, p. 682, s. 99.
