§ 52:27BB-13 — Meetings; proceedings

New Jersey·Title 52 STATE GOVERNMENT, DEPARTMENTS AND OFFICERS
The board shall hold regular meetings each year, as follows: On the third Monday in January, April, July and October. Special meetings may be convened at the call of the director or a majority of the members. The director and a majority of the members shall constitute a quorum for the conduct of official business. Minutes of all meetings shall be kept and shall be open to inspection as public records. Final action of the board shall be by resolution adopted by majority vote. L.1947, c. 151, p. 651, s. 13.
