Text
The director or the board, as the case may be, may issue subpoenas to compel the attendance and testimony of witnesses and the production of books, papers, accounts or other documents, in any hearing, investigation or other proceeding. A subpoena may be served by any person duly authorized or by registered mail. L.1947, c. 151, p. 651, s. 16.
