§ 52:27BB-11 — Continuation of powers
New Jersey·Title 52 STATE GOVERNMENT, DEPARTMENTS AND OFFICERS
The division, the board and the director shall have and shall continue to have all the powers, duties and functions which, under any law, could be exercised by the division, the board and the director at the time this act takes effect. L.1947, c. 151, p. 650, s. 11.
