§ 52:27BB-21 — Certifications as evidence
New Jersey·Title 52 STATE GOVERNMENT, DEPARTMENTS AND OFFICERS
The official documents, orders and proceedings when certified to by the director shall be evidence in the courts of the State. The director may make a reasonable charge for copies of such records. L.1947, c. 151, p. 653, s. 20.
