Text

Subject to the inclusion in the annual State appropriations act of an amount of anticipated revenues from that source, the State shall be reimbursed by the municipality for the reasonable value of services which it provided to the municipality pursuant to this act. L.1981, c. 211, s. 21, eff. July 20, 1981.
