§ 52:27BB-91 — Termination of supervision
New Jersey·Title 52 STATE GOVERNMENT, DEPARTMENTS AND OFFICERS
State supervision of a municipality pursuant to this act shall cease if:
(1)the resolution placing the municipality under State supervision has not been renewed in accordance with section 56, or (2) the conditions listed in section 55 of this act have ceased and the municipality has operated during the last fiscal year without incurring a cash deficit (as computed in the manner provided by N.J.S 40A:4-42). When the director finds that none of the conditions listed in section 55 of this act have existed for the period of 1 year in a municipality subject to this article, and he finds that the municipality operated during the last fiscal year without incurring a cash deficit (as computed in the manner provided by N.J.S. 40A:4-42) he shall give notice to the local governing body that the ques
