§ 52:27BB-88 — Fiscal control officer agent of board
New Jersey·Title 52 STATE GOVERNMENT, DEPARTMENTS AND OFFICERS
The fiscal control officer appointed pursuant to section 80 shall perform as the agent of the director such duties with respect to the fiscal affairs of the municipality as the director in the exercise of his powers, may require. L.1947, c. 151, p. 677, s.
