§ 52:27BB-84 — Study of cooperative agreements

New Jersey·Title 52 STATE GOVERNMENT, DEPARTMENTS AND OFFICERS

The director when so instructed by the board shall fully investigate and determine the possibilities of maintaining the services of the municipality at lower cost through the use of contractual agreements with other municipalities or with the county. He shall report his conclusions to the governing body and to the board. When so designated by the board, he shall act as the agent of the municipality in the negotiation of agreements with other jurisdictions. L.1947, c. 151, p. 676, s.
