§ 52:27BB-81 — Fiscal control officer; powers and duties
New Jersey·Title 52 STATE GOVERNMENT, DEPARTMENTS AND OFFICERS
An officer shall have such of the powers and duties of the director in sections 57 and 58 and 82 to 87 inclusive, of this act, as are specifically assigned to him by the board. An officer shall exercise his powers and perform his duties under the general supervision of the director. L.1947, c. 151, p. 674, s.
