New Jersey·Title 52 STATE GOVERNMENT, DEPARTMENTS AND OFFICERS
This article shall be construed liberally to give effect to its intent that unsound financial conditions in municipalities shall be forestalled and corrected. L.1947, c. 151, p. 670, s. 68.
