§ 52:27BB-67 — Additional powers of the director
New Jersey·Title 52 STATE GOVERNMENT, DEPARTMENTS AND OFFICERS
For the purposes of this article, the director shall have, in addition to his other powers, authority to issue and enforce orders as authorized by law for other orders issued by him. L.1947, c. 151, p. 670, s. 67.
