§ 52:27BB-23 — Duty of local officers
New Jersey·Title 52 STATE GOVERNMENT, DEPARTMENTS AND OFFICERS
It shall be the duty of the governing body and officers of a political subdivision of the State to co-operate with the director and the board toward giving effect to the purposes of this act, and the powers and duties of the division. L.1947, c. 151, p. 653, s. 23.
