§ 51:11-8 — Applications; renewals; forms
New Jersey·Title 51 STANDARDS, WEIGHTS, MEASURES AND CONTAINERS
Applications for a license or for renewal of a license shall be in writing, under oath, on forms prescribed and furnished by the superintendent and shall be accompanied by the prescribed fee. L.1968, c. 450, s. 8.
