§ 51:11-16 — Enforcement of act
New Jersey·Title 51 STANDARDS, WEIGHTS, MEASURES AND CONTAINERS
In addition to their powers and duties as prescribed by Title 51 of the Revised Statutes, all weights and measures officials in this State shall have the duty of enforcing the provisions of this act. L.1968, c. 450, s. 16.
