Text
30% of each vendor and canvasser licensee fee shall be returned to the county or municipality from which said licensing fee originated. The counties and municipalities shall appropriate the moneys so received to the sole and exclusive use of their respective departments of weights and measures. The place of business of the licensee shall determine the origin of the license fee. L.1968, c. 450, s. 15.
