§ 51:11-17 — Rules and regulations
New Jersey·Title 51 STANDARDS, WEIGHTS, MEASURES AND CONTAINERS
The superintendent is authorized to establish and promulgate such rules, regulations or orders as he may deem necessary to implement the administration or the enforcement of this act. L.1968, c. 450, s. 17.
