§ 51:11-20 — Legal proceedings or processes
New Jersey·Title 51 STANDARDS, WEIGHTS, MEASURES AND CONTAINERS
The superintendent is empowered to institute, or cause to be instituted such legal proceedings or processes as may be necessary to enforce and give effect to any of his powers and duties as prescribed by this act. L.1968, c. 450, s. 20.
