§ 45:5AAA-9 — Home improvement, elevation services, licensed by board, required.

9.Except for individuals exempted pursuant to section 11 of P.L.2023, c.237 (C.45:5AAA-12), no individual shall perform home improvement services or home elevation services unless licensed by the board. L.2023, c.237, s.9.
