22.Continuing education requirements, as set forth by the board, shall be completed on or before the date the biennial license expires. Any licensee required to complete continuing education requirements who fails to do so prior to the date of expiration of a biennial license term shall be subject to a reasonable processing fee, as determined by the board, of not more than $200, unless a waiver was granted by the board pursuant to paragraph (6) of subsection b. of section 20 of P.L.2023, c.237 (C.45:5AAA-18).
