Text
When the boundary line between adjoining municipalities divides lands and buildings, so that a portion of the lands and buildings are located in each municipality, the municipalities in which the lands and buildings are situated may determine, by resolution passed by their respective governing bodies, which municipality shall have sole supervision of the lands and buildings. L.1979, c. 181, s. 3, eff. Aug. 29, 1979.
