§ 40A:13-14 — Powers and authority of commissioners
New Jersey·Title 40A MUNICIPALITIES AND COUNTIES
In the discharge of their duties the commissioners shall have all of the powers set forth in N.J.S. 40A:13-7. L.1979, c. 181, s. 3, eff. Aug. 29, 1979.
