§ 40A:13-13 — Notice of meeting of commissioners
New Jersey·Title 40A MUNICIPALITIES AND COUNTIES
The commissioners shall give 30 days' notice in writing of the time and place of their meeting to perform their duties to the clerks of the respective municipalities. L.1979, c. 181, s. 3, eff. Aug. 29, 1979.
