Text
The Superior Court shall appoint three commissioners who shall be residents of the county, one to be appointed from each municipality, and one who shall not reside in either municipality, to survey, ascertain and mark the boundary line between the municipalities. Before entering upon the performance of their duties, the commissioners shall take and subscribe an oath to faithfully and impartially perform their duties. L.1979, c. 181, s. 3, eff. Aug. 29, 1979.
