§ 40:8-8 — Airport security officers
New Jersey·Title 40 MUNICIPALITIES AND COUNTIES
The governing body of any county which has established an airport may, by ordinance or resolution, as appropriate, provide for the appointment of such persons as the governing body may designate to act as airport security officers for the facility. L.1979, c. 332, s. 1, eff. Jan. 21, 1980.
