§ 40:8-15 — Construction of act
New Jersey·Title 40 MUNICIPALITIES AND COUNTIES
Nothing in this act shall be construed to limit or impair the rights of any State, county or municipal law enforcement officer in the performance of his duties. L.1979, c. 332, s. 9, eff. Jan. 21, 1980.
