§ 40:8-11 — Powers of airport security officers
New Jersey·Title 40 MUNICIPALITIES AND COUNTIES
Every person so appointed and commissioned shall, while on duty, within the limits of the property under the control of the airport, possess all the powers of policemen and constables in criminal cases and offenses against the law. L.1979, c. 332, s. 4, eff. Jan. 21, 1980.
