New Jersey·Title 40 MUNICIPALITIES AND COUNTIES
County airport security officers shall be considered to be law enforcement officers for the purposes of N.J.S. 2C:39-3. L.1979, c. 332, s. 7, eff. Jan. 21, 1980.
