§ 4:18A-9 — Freedom from liability
New Jersey·Title 4 AGRICULTURE AND DOMESTIC ANIMALS
The United States and the Secretary of Agriculture thereof shall be held free from liability by virtue of the transfer of the assets to the secretary pursuant to this act. L.1951, c. 321, p. 1154, s. 9.
